When will my item ship?

It depends on what is ordered. In some cases your item is shipped the next business day. In other cases it is 2 to 3 business days. If it is a product from our supplier in China, it could take 7 business days. In any event we will ship you product as soon as possible.

Will I receive notice when my item ships?

Yes. You will receive notification when your order payment is received and again when the item is shipped. If a tracking number is available you will receive that as well.

What forms of payment doyou accept?

We accept payments throughPayPal and Stripe. If you use paypal you will be redirected to PayPals website for payment. If you choose Stripe the payment is processed right on the website.

Are my transactions secure?

Yes. We use ssl to keep all your personal data safe while browsing and while completing a payment.

my product arrived damaged or its not what i wanted. What do i do?

Please use the contact us page or mail us at support@hotpricedgiftshop.com. We have a thirty day return policy. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, but we will replace you damaged item if you choose.
